"The apartment was actually very nice. Me and my partner toured the 2 bedroom upgraded unit, it was spacious and the closet space was amazing. However the service I received from the office/ Ms. Gina the property manager made my decision easy. During the tour there was no conversation or time to talk about the apartment afterward, no eye contact, and no welcoming greeting. It felt rushed and unwelcoming. There was very little information given only the packet to look at after the tour… the service can be way better at-least make the tour feel welcoming. I really wanted to apply but I like to think the way you are treated from the beginning it will continue throughout the time being."
