"We would have extended our 18-month lease if we didn't have family obligations in the Midwest. We had a great relationship with the staff, including management, engineering, and cleaning. We didn't encounter many issues, but I did set off the smoke detectors once while broiling and had some trouble figuring out the Nest thermostat. However, whenever we placed a trouble call (which was twice or maybe three times), the response was quick. Although there was some noise to tolerate, such as loud or heavy-footed neighbors, emergency vehicles, and loud traffic, we quickly got used to it. Most of the time it was quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our time here."

"If I could give this complex a zero I would. The management staff is absolutely rude and unprofessional. They make living in this complex unbearable. So unbearable I terminated my lease 4 months early. The units look modern and new but the appliances and HVAC have constant issues. My HVAC unit did not work on my move in date and I was not able to live there for nearly 3 days. Management is very vindictive and will accuse you of things that they have no proof of. If you read some of their responses to negative reviews, you can clearly see how they treat their residents - no accountability or respect for paying residents. After move out, they will charge you ridiculous fees (smoking fee: because they found an unopened cigar still wrapped in its packaging). When you call to ask about these charges you will be met with the rudest manager I’ve every encountered. Had to reach out to the corporate office after her behavior towards me and she is the sole reason I moved early. I was made to feel unsafe in my own home. This place needs to hire an entire new management team. Right now, the team members are on their personal devices when you happen to catch them in their offices. Phone calls go unanswered consistently. When I moved out, the secure parking garage that we pay to park in had been broken for nearly a month. The hallway smells like rotten garbage and animal feces. Worst experience ever. Please avoid this community at all cost. EDIT (08/21/2023) - As you can see from the standard response from their side. They’re taking no accountability for their lack of professionalism and all other issues stated in my post. The WORST place I’ve ever lived. They’re still terrorizing me with unwarranted move out charges! Leasing manager that works the front desk should be fired for her lack of competence and professionalism."

"I would not suggest living here. The main issues we had were: The apartment staff are extremely rude (the only exception is Juan, the maintenance guy who is amazing). The manager and leasing staff have been rude and unprofessional to me multiple times and seem disinterested in making the residents happy. The package system has been abysmal since I moved in and continues to be problematic. No other apartment I’ve lived at has this many issues with stealing of packages or with allowing residents after hours access to packages. It’s crazy to have to get packages during business hours. The apartment hallways are dirty and discolored. There seems to be a lack of respect for the property from both residents and leasing staff. One of the residents started a fire in the trash room on accident. I’ve also found human vomit in the elevator. Upon moving out, I did a walkthrough inspection and was told there would be no charges based on damage. However, 10 days later, we received a $600 charge for painting of “light scratches”; but we had already moved away and were unable to do anything about it."

"I recently moved in and it has been such a great experience so far. Nice apartment, friendly neighbours, very clean and well kept and super organised. What really impressed me Mrs. Malikah and the office team , this place so lucky to have them on board . They are definitely professional as professional can possibly be. On my first day my car was towed because someone has some issues in life called and had it towed.but Hats down to Mrs Malikah she helped me a lot and credited my account with the amount I had to pay for the tow company. I would definitely recommend this place big time."

"I wouldn't recommend moving here pros: Juan and the maintenance staff are phenomenal. The rare times I need something fixed, it was taken care of quickly. Cons: guest parking is a joke. extremely limited 4 months into living here the leasing office contacted me and told me they had audited my account and neglected to charge me pet rent. $400 later I payed the backlog that was due with no questions asked. Another two months later they said "oops we forgot to charge you for parking the whole time". Now the first time I let it slide but this time I explained how this should have been caught on month 4 and it shouldn't be my responsibility to correct a mistake that isn't mine. Long story short after even speaking with Lincoln properties, I had to pay back the $600 something because "it's in the lease". The leasing staff at the time and even management were rude, dismissive and lacked empathy or understanding of the situation. one time I was walking out of the garage with a friend and a leasing person ran after us and said "this lady said somebody was trying to break into her car, it was you" very confused I said what? all she said was "it was you" just accusing us of trying to break into somebody's car. I have an apartment facing the courtyard and the noise can get pretty loud during the warmer months"
