"Change takes time. 7077 is in a transitionary phase. We lost a really great team member, who we will all miss; but we have welcomed a few new team members- Tania & Reena, who are doing great and making every effort to ensure that residents are satisfied. We lost a lackluster property manager, but gained an efficient, dedicated replacement - Monique. There's plenty to be addressed to bring back the "sparkle", but Monique and team are working hard to get us back on track. All in all, Solaire 7077,  offers a top notch location ( nearby are Target, CVS, Anthropologie, Tatte, LaDuree, Apple, Aveda and so much more!) close proximity to public transit, great REC room etc.  Moreover, the residents and team create lasting and meaningful relationships."

"I’ve been a resident almost two years. As other reviews mention, we went through a rocky period this past winter, as much of the entire team left and needed to be replaced. Since the spring, though, things have improved. The new manager and her team engage with the tenants, address our concerns, and keep us informed of what’s going on - not just in the building but around the area. I *love* the new energy."

She has made myself & my 8 yr old feel more than welcome. The property is pristine and all staff members treat you like family. Maintenance is swift to respond to service calls of all sizes. The club/lounge areas are great for hosting meetings or gatherings with friends & family. The highlight are the monthly or weekly activities that they have for the residents whether it was a sweet treat or something to beat the heat they were all great. I highly recommend living here if you want to have a happy heart in the heart of Bethesda."

"We lived in Solaire Bethesda for seven months ago while our house was undergoing renovations, and greatly enjoyed the experience. Janice at the front desk is wonderful, and management has been responsive to our needs. The location is fantastic. It's great to be able to walk out the front door and stroll through downtown Bethesda. Although we don't know our neighbors well, there's generally a friendly vibe among the residents. Common areas in the building are kept clean. We would definitely recommend this place!"

"I love the large window that brings full of sunshine to my room, the splendid view of greenery to the south – southwest, and the magnificent sunset! There are three supermarkets within walking distance, Trader Joe’s, Giant and Safeway. Quite convenient. Janice, the concierge always greets with a smile and makes me feel at home. Vicki in the leasing office is very helpful."
