"I'm rating The Rae 5 stars for their outstanding customer service. From start to finish the representatives of The Rae have been so helpful, friendly and accommodating. I'm especially rating them 5 stars for their leasing agent, Brittany (I'd give her 10 stars if that was a thing). I was scheduled to move into another Bozzuto property that I previously toured when I learned at the last minute it wasn't zoned for the school zone I thought. After learning this, I had to quickly find another place that was zoned for a particular school. I learned of the Rae through an internet search and reached out informing Brittany I was moving in from out of state and would not be able to actually tour the community in person. Brittany said she would be happy to send me videos of the various apartment layouts and she even video called me and we "toured" together. I was really worried about moving somewhere I had never seen in person, but Brittany was amazing... she answered every question I had (and I had A LOT) and was always prompt in her replies to my messages and she even continued to reassure me throughout the process as my timeline to move was dwindling down. She also went above and beyond and stayed later at the community to make sure I got moved in on my scheduled move in day when I had an unfortunate experience with the moving truck on the way from the state I was coming from which significantly delayed my timeline (and shout out to Kisha here as well!) Once we got moved in, Brittany was still available to answer all my continued questions and she always did so with grace and humor. The front office staff (Kisha, Brittany and Tarik) are incredibly helpful and make sure residents have the information they need to get acclimated to the community. As far as the building itself, I love the calming ambiance provided throughout the lobby and common areas and it is always clean. I also had interactions with two of their maintenance staff and they were very friendly and personable as well. If great customer service, prompt replies and friendly staff are important to you in an apartment community management team, I would definitely recommend a move here (and make sure to ask for Brittany when considering a tour or leasing!)"

"Disclaimer - this is a review for the walk through. Thank you Kisha for showing me the apartments. You have made things clear and kindly explained perfectly the reason for the couple of 1 star reviews I had asked you about. One negative comment was about the “locked stairs”, so the stairs are not locked, though the tenants in the building have access to their own floor only through the stairs and the elevators that is to eliminate people going where they are not supposed to and especially kids from going up and down the floors and running around the hallways. when you think about it how can it be a negative thing, this is actually smart. I lived in a building where the tenants had access to all of the floors And one time after the other package would get stolen right from the front of my door, not to talk about the kids, running up and down the hallways and getting in and out of the elevators on each floor. The second comment was about locked mail room, which is actually not true at all. Whenever you get a package you will get a code to access the package room. The regular mail is accessible all the time, though the packages are in a locked room that is accessible by password only, which also totally makes sense and should be appreciated. "The Rae was an exceptional building when I first came to tour it. When I was apartment hunting the main thing I was concerned about was security and spotlessness. The Rae is always clean and the staff are friendly. Brittany she was outstanding! She was friendly but also professional. She made sure that all my questions and concerns were answered no matter the amount or time! She answered various phone calls with the exceptional urge to assist me. Tarik was also a helpful hand in the process of my leasing, very grateful for him as well. They both made me feel extremely comfortable and assured when choosing this apartment building. The only thing that would have made this process a bit smoother was the online application. Unfortunately, I came across a couple of IT issues that pushed back my lease signing therefore, ended up raising the price for my apartment. Overall, the Rae is a perfect spot for me with all the amenities offered and the ease of access to highways and nearby stores. The staff is top tier and on top of every concern I may have."
