"The team is great! Apartments are large. Prices are generally good. Parking garage is smaller and hard for large vehicles, but that's the only downside I see. Would recommend!"

"I just moved here and so far really love the area and Element 28. First - had a few things happen the first day with parking, but the staff got it fixed really quickly. People also seem really friendly too. I have met a few of the concierge members recently and they are all so accommodating and answer all my questions since I am new and gave me great recommendations around the area. I have not had that in my last two places so was pleasantly surprised! If you like a quiet place this may be your next home!"

"I’ve recently moved into Element 28 and I have had nothing but a positive experience thus far. Collette and Pam (and the rest of the staff!) have especially been so helpful and kind throughout the move-in process and acclimating to the community. The units have unique layouts with condo-like finishes and quality. I’m very happy to call this home thanks to the Element 28 team and their friendly and attentive nature. While there’s lots of rental options in the area, I’d look no further than here. Element provides an undeniable convenience for commuting and an elevated, yet relaxed living environment."

"Element 28 is better than I could have imagined! I LOVE coming home everyday, seriously. The exceptional customer service provided by all staff members makes me feel cared for and I believe that's very important in the community. The leasing office is very easy to work with and they make themselves available to help. The quality of the finishes in the apartment are to die for. I love the floors, and the fridge! Also the bathroom is amazing. I included a pic to show how fabulous it is! The closets have so much shelving. They worked with me to find a parking space that worked for me. I have submitted a couple of maintenance requests and I am hopeful they will be tended to in a timely manner. Upon arrival here, my husband and I were invited to a resident event before even signing a lease - it was very kind and welcoming and of course: a fun time!!! Moving in to Element 28 was such a great choice!!! :)"
