"Lived here for 3 years, everything amazing until the Horrible and unprofessional new manager here named Brian. Extremely rude and unhelpful. How in the world someone thought he should be the manager of this building is beyond me. Also the front desk Delphi. She is insufferable. Rude to both the residents and the staff."
"Overall I am very satisfied living here and don’t have anything really negative to say just a few observations really. Pros: Great location, 24 concierge and nice amenities, maintenance is very quick to respond to repairs/concerns, friendly staff, Cons: *Humidity is a constant issue in my unit, the average is around 62%-70% making a dehumidifier necessary both for comfort and to avoid odors associated w/ indoor humidity * When there is heavy rain sometimes an unpleasant odor becomes present through the building…sometimes it smells a bit like sewage…. It eventually goes away but can last for a while"
"The team at Flats 8300 Azha and Liza have been incredible. They helped us locate, view and lease an apartment from another city. The move in process went smoothly and the apartment was in perfect condition when we arrived. The building is beautiful..from the great gym, to the amazing common spaces and club room, rooftop deck, and pool. Flats 8300 is a wonderful place made even better by its professional and friendly staff."

"I have lived in this apartment complex for 16 months. Location is great, building is clean and very well maintained. Harris teeters in the same building is a big plus. Gym is small so gets crowded easily. Building maintenance is great as well as front desk concierge. Covered underground parking is great. Management team needs improvement though, they made mistakes in lease and also at the time of renewal, do not answer emails on time, poor communication."
