"this is a great apartment complex, I love this complex so much and especially its employees who take pride in there work, I met mya when coming in and she was so nice and overall is a great worker she is great at her welcoming skills and at being kind to others. I admit that this place is the best complex to go to, it’s clean, nice, and has employees that are so nice. If your looking for a place to stay I recommend you to stay at this complex. 10/10 Would Recommend."

"Where do I begin, so many positive things to tell about my experience touring The Brody! First, the location of The Brody can not be beat! It's tucked away on a quiet street, a few steps from Bethesda Row and right across from the metro. When we came for our tour, we spoke with 2 tenets that were residents and asked them about their experience. They both spoke highly of the property in particular mentioning how great the management team was (so many green flags!). Upon entering The Brody we were greeted by the concierge who was also really sweet! We toured with The Brody's assistant property manager, LaTasha Burrous. She is an absolute gem! LaTasha was professional, kind, and just a warm person all around! I've never left a apartment tour and given an agent a hug lol, but I had to give LaTasha a hug because she was just so genuine and sweet. I can totally see why their property has such positive reviews. I've toured maybe 8 properties over the past few weeks, hands down The Brody was best. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking in the Bethesda area :) !"

"The Brody is a fantastic place to live with the best management team of any apartment building I have experienced. I just moved out of the Brody after living there since the building opened, and only because I had to relocate to another city. The building is always clean, well taken care of, and everything is in good working order. The property manager, Phoebe, has been there from the day we moved in and is always easily available and helpful, and the concierge staff is always friendly. Whenever we have had an issue, maintenance is quick to fix it on our schedule - with masks and clean booties on anytime they come into your apartment. Overall I had a great experience at the Brody and was sad to leave!"

"We're on a quiet, tree-lined street that's steps from Metro and the (free) Bethesda Circulator, the library, groceries, shops and restaurants, and irresistible frozen yogurt/ice cream parlors. Management is excellent: the building and grounds are very well-maintained. The Concierge Desk is professional and always willing to help. If you want to live in the heart of downtown Bethesda in quiet, spacious apartments, I recommend The Brody without reservation!"
