"(Almost) a great place to live. Let me preface this by saying I want to love living here. The location is fantastic, the price is incredibly reasonable, great amenities, the floorplan was exactly what I was looking for... so why the 1 star review? Because the management is, to put it mildly, severely lacking. I have, on MULTIPLE occasions, put in a maintenance request only to get an email a week later stating that it's been completed despite the fact that no one ever came to my apartment and the issue persists. That is simply unacceptable. And trying to get in contact with management? Forget it. Someone in the office has picked up the phone *maybe* 10% of the time I've called and I have never once received a call back after leaving a message. If it wasn't for this (and the persistent pest problem, which is the chief issue I've tried to contact management about), this would EASILY be a 5 star review. As it stands, though, I can't recommend living here."
