"The neighbors annoy me. They are really loud. The wall is very thin, so you can really hear everything downstairs. They play music all day and night. I complained to the management, and they said they would send out a notice, but nothing happened. Another thing is the washing room is very dirty. Some weird kids always hang around there and smoke weed"

"AWFUL. we’ve only been living here for about 2 weeks, and the day of our move in we didn’t have electricity. this being because they switched our townhome since someone was still living in the original placement. the day of our move in, my guardian had to pay an additional $600 that we were not ever told about, which burns a hole through peoples pockets. and there’s absolutely no service around here even WITH your wifi. we had to pay for xfinity wifi because it’s so bad. the noises in the house are unbearable. rodents running throught the walls that are CONSTANT and never stop, which either has you up in the middle of the night or up in the crack of dawn just from them in the walls. there’s definitely a fear of one of them gnawing through the ceiling and falling through. it’s literally ridiculous. it’s embarrassing to invite company over with things in your walls when you haven’t even been living in the facility for a month. the leasing office doesn’t care, since “it’s natural.” water randomly got cut off now we’re waiting for them to fix it, bugs just everywhere. if you’re looking for a good place to live by yourself or with others, kings mills is definitely not the place. rent is extremely too high for slumlords who don’t care about their housing and only about the money."

"Today marks one week living in my new apartment at Kings Mill Apartments & Townhomes. So far so good, I've placed to three work orders, that were done in an appropriate time frame. My leasing agent helped me with everything I needed on my move in day, she made things go very smoothly. If you're looking for peace and quiet this is the place:)"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE THERE ARE SQUIRRELS IN THE WALLS AND THEY DO NOT CARE. A squirrel ran through my living room today.maintenance staff is nice rental staff is okay. The picture is the squirrel flying out the house after it ran through our vents and living room this place is disgusting!!"
