"Notice all the good reviews are years ago this place has gone down NO MAINTENANCE TO CALL NO MANAGER TO CALL. I had to pay for a hotel because I didn't have hot water and couldn't reach maintenance or management. Save your money go elsewhere."
"This place has gone to poop with the new management, and maintenance doesn’t know what they are doing half the time and they don’t complete the job, the trash cans are absurdly Disgusting, The gym is always a mess and we have not ac or hearing controls, walls are paper thin, and this place has a mouse problem they won’t address properly and I have lived here over 4 years, I miss the old management, at least they cared"
"Place has gone downhill with new management. Outside trash cans are always filled with trash all over the floor and you can hear the rats through the wall. Do not recommend. If you need maintenance good luck takes them over a month to 2 months to fix anything. Features on here are not up to date there’s no sauna and the gym is dirty as well. This place is not taken care of they just want to collect your money and not take care of anything. If you’re thinking about moving here just ride by and check the trash area full of trash that barely gets collected to show that all the most recent negative review are true. Positives are old from former management company."
