Walnut Grove Townhomes

"Walnut Grove is all about taking money from their tenants, they are money greedy. They treat their tenants like trash! the people in the office are rude and disrespectful. Walnut Grove does not cut their grass. Walnut Grove townhouse isn't worth the price. Everything in the house is old! when something is broken, it takes forever to get fixed. I Don't recommend Walnut Grove Townhouse to anyone."

"The property manager Mandy is so Nasty and UnProfessional I don’t See how she was fit for the job,, she makes you want to just move out, how Nasty she is.. I think the property manager definitely needs to be revamped. She smokes cigarettes so much I walked in to the office and caught a contact off her cigarette smoke.. she seems a bit bias which will discourage anyone from going into that rental office. I don’t think no one should feel that way if you are a tenant in which you live, paying all this money. tenants should feel very comfortable. Going into a property managers office she makes you feel very uncomfortable. Mandy needs to be retrained or sent to another site or Maybe demoted that’s how unprofessional she really is to people that’s paying thousands of dollars and like she said she is the property manager so what she says Goes “in her own words”.. I guess she’s trying to force people to move with all that rudeness, And Very very unprofessional. She’s in the office by herself so I guess people don’t see the real side of her… Nasty Very Nasty. The corporate office really need to do something about her."

"Mandy told me that I needed to make 86 thousand dollars a year for an apartment style townhouse that charges 1830 a month, and then quoted my friend 80 thousand a year for a 2100 a month apartment. It seems sketchy, she wouldn’t even run in my split that I paid 30 dollars for!! They don’t even make that much. Update: Mandy did not run my application although I paid for the application fee, and this lady just called me this morning because she saw my review that I left, if I’m not approved then why are you still in contact with me, and why are you calling me to asked me about what I posted as if she was going to intimidate me. Currently looking for the corporates number"

"You absolutely WILL NOT be able to view your unit. They will approve at a low deposit just to get you to sign without seeing any units at all. I asked multiple times to view the unit as my son and I are disabled, made two separate individuals aware of this. So we were denied reasonable accommodations for our disabilities. Definitely would not recommend without viewing after all the complaints."

"I moved in 05/2020. Unlike some reviews I have seen, I have no problems with rodents. Maintenance request have answered timely. My problem is the upstairs bedrooms never get warm enough or cool eniugh. We invested in a couple of high powered fans. A family member owns a kawncare service and he dies mu lawn every 3 weeks so I have avoided that mandatory fee"
