"The first interaction will tell you what type of company you are dealing with. The property manager is highly unprofessional. Your apartment will not be ready in your move in date. They will not assist you with a hotel until it’s ready and still try to hold you liable since they have you sign the lease in advance. You move into a home with pests and you will lack heat. You will not sleep because they have old furnaces that make loud noises as if you are in an airport. They enter your home when they please. Maintenance never completely fix anything just patch. Please look elsewhere. You send emails with your concerns and they do not respond. Customer service is rude. Must I say more"

"I've resided in the community for about 5 years now and the area is changing a bit. People don't respect where they live. They trash the grounds and empty trash right outside their vehicle door just ghetto like. Lighting in some areas must be improved for residents safety. Maintenance has fallen off with respect to request. Area has been recently experiencing vandalism."

"Greetings: the maintenance staff at Queen Purchase Apartments (QPA) are friendly, clean appearance, proffessional and respectful. I've had a few matters where I needed maintenace assistance and the staff responded in a timely manner. They were concerned and they resolved the issue within a reasonable time. I've lived here at QPA for several years and I must give the maintenance staff a standing ovation. Keep up the great work."

"When I first moved in it looked like they put in little effort to even prepare the place. The blinds were twisted, refrigerator wasn’t working, bathroom counter and storage mirror was not fixed and there were still marks and dirt on wall/ceiling. The Maintenance response is terrible here. In December 2021 I lost my keys came home from work with my 9month old baby called emergency maintenance for a replacement key around 10pm expressed to them I have my baby in the car and she needs her food and diapers in the house. They didn’t even care or tried to expedite my Request for my keys. Me and my baby sat in the car for 2 hours waiting for Maintenance whole time my baby is crying and screaming because she’s hungry and wet. I try comforting her the best way I could. Called Emergency Maintenance back several times for them to expedite my request again and all they could tell me they don’t know when the Maintenance worker will be there. I didn’t receive a key until 11:55 pm. Maintenance is Terrible and don’t care."
