"I have lived here for a few months. So far I haven't met anyone that I don't like. I volunteer at the reception desk and I love doing that. I meet lots of people that way. I'm not comfortable in large crowds but I finally went to a party here and did okay. Most of the people are friendly. However there are building issues. My apartment is directly over the sprinkler room and it vibrates and makes noise ALL the time. On top of that there are roaches that are not being taken care of ona regular basis. They only come into your apartment when you tell them you have roaches, meaning that the roaches just move to another apartment. This is an issue that needs addressing right now."

"I've been here 14 yrs. The bldg is very well maintained. Are there cliques, yes. Is there plenty of gossiping, yes. Will residents get into your business, yes. But, you'll find that no matter where you go. Just be careful what you talk about and who you buddy up with. It's all what you want to make it."

"I lived there. I can tell you if your not in a click you out. If you speak up you on a black list. If you are thinking of moving there stay to yourself. You pay money in lieu of a security deposit that gives you a right to vote on different affairs. Ok if CSI wants it or they dont theres your vote. They want volunteers to work within the building saying they couldnt stay open without them. Seniors working for no pay. I volunteered in the rental office, eating together, office secretary, bingo. When it came time for the once a year volunteer dinner I wasnt even asked to come. Whether I would of gone or not. Before I moved in I was asked. Stay to yourself dont raise your hand for anything. Best advice I can give. Oh there are some very nice people there. Keep your business to yourself if not it will be all through the building before noon."
