Verona at Middle River

"Move here at your own risk! Maintenance enters your home without asking, falsify maintenance tickets just to come in and take pics of your home. The assistant manager Tanya is very very rude! Oh and don’t try to call corporate on her either, they are all in cahoots together. A PlayStation 5 along with $500 was stolen but no one knows anything. The only advice I was given was to move out. The only thing they did with my complaint was write it down. If I could rate 0 stars I would. The owner or whomever comments that what I am claiming is false WHEN THATS A LIE!"

"I just wanna say a hugeeee thank you to our office managers!! Ms.Denise has been a tremendous help! She replies almost immediately to email, great hospitality and just so friendly overall! Ive had issues with our toilet and they came within days to fix the issue! They really care about keeping the property clean and trouble free."

"Very happy thus far at Verona, nice cozy home. The office ladies are fantastic. Been here only a few months. Received a Thanksgiving meal to prepare for my family. As Christmas approaches was able to take my nephew to the office for a little party, a gift and goodies. Verona at Middle River you all are wonderful thanks for welcoming my family. Need a clean & cozy home check them out."

"Me and my children love the community. Ms Denise the manager is heavenly sent. She is very helpful, personable and welcoming and really dedicated to help people. As long as you communicate with her she will always try to find ways to help the tenants. Also, Ms. Mayfield she had been very helpful as well. She tell it like it is and she give honest constructive feedback and she is very prompt when trying to get in contact with her as well as Ms. Denise . The maintenance are prompt as well . Both ladies are family oriented and look out like we are a part of the family. I love the place and the community and the place is immaculate. I went through some hardships and both Ms mayfield and Ms. Denise was very hands on throughout the transition. The newly renovated houses are awesome and it’s quiet good for the kids and easy access to stores and the management is very welcoming and positive . I highly recommend this community for anyone looking to relocate"

"Just finished a year here. This is one of the better complexes in the area and I stayed in one of the nicer courts in my opinion. All maintenance request were serviced promptly to my surprise from heat to a leak. I enjoyed the holidays here…Won 1st place for Halloween! Ms. Mayfield was always helpful even gave my car a hot shot when it would not start. Ms Denise was always professional…I never had an issue with getting any help. There is laundry on site and plenty of parking. I recommend something for the walls because you can hear the neighbors and some people do not clean after their pets. Other than that Verona was good to me."
