"MICE MICE MICE MICE MICE MICE MICE MICE MICE MICE MICE MICE……….I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH MICE SINCE I HAVE BE LIVING HERE ALMOST 1 YEAR. I caught so many mice, sent pictures …. it’s frustrating at this point. I don’t even have a trash can and keep my home clean from food etc . Dam mice ran me out of my bedroom so I'm trying to sleep on my couch. I hear them in the walls. Sleepless nights! UGH!! The good things are, office people are very nice . They always responds to my emails and phone calls. The maintenance men are good and respond quickly. I like the townhome space."

"They deleted my review but my brother came in to see about getting a place and the lady in the office at that time was the rudest person i ever met in my life. Very ignorant attitude. And from what im reading now nothing has gotten better. Thats why its so cheap because they have poor customer service and they dont take care of the property or their tenants and thats my my brother didnt move there and i wouldnt reccommend it. Read reviews first!"

"i have been living here for almost 4 years and it has went down hill slowly but shortly . my apartment building rarely get cleaned always dirty the front of my apartment building flood so bad when it rain at least takes up 5 parking spots forbid you park there & it rain over night you stepping in puddles of water & trash to get to your car . my apartment has a electrical problem kitchen light works when it want my hot water tank broke abt 3 months ago me & my kids was with out NO Water for 2/3 days without a notice that it will be turnt off it took for a contractor to come out & tell them to turn my cold water back on still took abt 7 days to fix the property manger at the time had a nasty idc attitude i was provided no accommodations i have not had no A/c in my apartment all summer i have been calling and calling they brought me 1 portal A/c it took them almost 2 months to bring it can barley cool off one room i have a 2bdrm my apartment reaching 86-90 degrees depending on the weather outside not to mention the a/c is cutting off half the power in the my home if it's ran to long the rental office have no updates on when a contractor will be out tell me to reach out to corporate. it's been almost 30 days & constant emails still no response from corporate still have not been provided no accommodation ."

"I've been here for almost four years; Ms. Robin has always been the nicest person when I've called the office. I've had to call emergency maintenance twice and both times Rick came within 15 minutes...problems solved. My hallway isn't always the cleanest but families with kids live in the building...so candy wrappings and noise are expected...not a big deal for me. My only issue is that when there's heavy rain, the water doesn't drain properly and the parking lot in front of my building floods...so we can't park there (just a slight inconvenience). Overall...the rent and the $40.00 for water is very much affordable (for me); my apartment is nice, I'm comfortable and satisfied."

"I went to apply for a townhome and the staff was so friendly. Which was refreshing because it had been a long morning of rude property managers not even trying to speak to me.. They were incredibly well listeners and great conversationalist !! I was unable to view a fresh Model however their office is a empty until which they allowed me to view for reference. The bedrooms are a really nice size considering! I was told each until comes with laundry !!! Which is exciting because most places around Essex don’t have in until laundry. Overall I’m very excited to move of if I get approved simply because I enjoyed their staff so much. Usually I rent privately but they won me over."
