Reviews
"I’ve lived in Littlestown Village apartments for a couple of years. I enjoy it here because it’s a safe, quiet community. Most people mind their own business and are pleasant. The rent is reasonable compared to other places I looked at. School district is very good. Not a lot of restaurants in town but the pizza is delicious at all the local shops."
"It’s great place to live. Nice location for families. Highly recommend."
"As being tenant here for several years I enjoy living here. It’s quite community and the rent is reasonable especially for being pet friendly. The Property Manger and Maintenance both respond in timely manner."
"I give 5 stars, not because it’s perfect living here, but because the rent is lower than others, hardly had any trouble with the neighbors, and while pretty bare bones, we have everything we need. My main complaint is that it is difficult to have good communication with the property management."
"The HVAC unit is so loud you need the television on volume 60 to hear what is being said. If you want to have a conversation with anyone you need to yell. The alternative is to turn it off and set in the heat. It doesn't hold the temperature more than 10 minutes so constantly coming on and turning off. Indicating poor insulation. Was told by maintenance it is because the place is old and nothing can be done about it. Of course, the truth of it is they don't want to invest the money into doing anything about it."
