"WORST HOTEL EVER, THEY DONT EVEN GIVE YOU A REFUND. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AND PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! Mouse traps in every corner of the room, dead bees and bugs everywhere. The sink didnt work, there was no water pressure at all. I had my 5 month old son with me as well. They have bed bugs everywhere, the staff including management are extremely rude. They like to walk through your door unannounced and stare at you naked, its happened to multiple guests. They just stand in the doorway not moving staring right at you. When you try getting a refund they get even more irritated and won't give you any money back at all."

"Horrible!! There was dead bugs all over the sheets were stained and nasty there was a rat trap in the corner the sink didn't work. The bathtub was extremely dirty. The employee was extremely rude getting attitude and raising his voice all while my 4 month old son was right there. Absolutely ridiculous will never go back."
"From what I witnessed on a video shot by previous guests, how unprofessional the manager and front desk clerks were to people who had the desk clerk walk into their room while she was naked and her husband was not there is inexcusable. The desk clerk yelled so loud at the guests and refused to allow them to speak by never closing her mouth. Instead of apologizing for walking into their room unannounced they argued saying the hotel policy was a mandatory room inspection every 3 days and claimed the guest wouldn't allow the maid to clean the room even though they both said numerous times that they did allow her in. If someone tells you that they don't need maid service a hotel cannot force that on you just to have a look around your room. That to me is suspect as it gets. Why would they need access to the room you rented to make inspections? Instead of doing the right thing they just threw the guests out. Don't believe me, watch it all on YouTube... they even refused to get the owner or higher management so they could address this situation with someone of authority. This is what happens when you hire children to do an adult's job. They sit and argue with your guest who is keeping your business running. I had planned to book this hotel until I saw this for myself. If I were the owner I would reconsider my help. I'd fire the pair of them."
"I was using this hotel as a rest stop on a hiking trip and expected an older hotel with few amenities. It was horrible. The bathroom had not been cleaned as evidenced by a soiled toilet seat and scummy soap dishes (oh, the doorknob was missing and the door had the wood veneer stripped off). The wallpaper under the AC unit was hanging off the wall with mold behind it. There was a gooey smear on the picture above the bed. The chairs in the room were badly soiled and there were multiple uncleaned surfaces throughout the room. Our complaints to the manager were heeded and to her credit she sent someone to clean (the person who was supposed to have cleaned it in the first place??) and then came herself to clean the room herself, including scrubbing as much of the mold as possible with a bleaching cleanser. Because it was evident that the sheets were clean and were from an outside company, we stayed. However we used our own bedding instead of the coverlets, which I had no faith were laundered regularly. I would recommend going the extra few miles to Chambersburg to a clean hotel."
