"Came here while biking from Pittsburgh to DC on the GAP. The whole place is just really clean and nice and homey in a classy way. I immediately felt at ease and welcome, even covered in sweat and road dust. The host was very kind. They have a dedicated garage for bikes that is locked. The shower pressure is good and the water stays hot. They have a laundry (free wash, $1.50 dryer). The air conditioning is with a window unit which is kinda loud but it’s cold enough I don’t care tbh. 4 stars on location since it’s a bit off the GAP, there’s a wonky intersection to get there, and there’s a hill to get back to the trail. Otherwise, it’s a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the center of town. The food was all made in house and was really truly good. Definitely would recommend. After dinner, many of the guests went out on their spacious and comfortable porch to swap biking stories. Definitely a highlight of the trip!"
"If I could give Yoders 10 stars, I would! My brother owns a local distillery and I brought a group of friends in from Pittsburgh to visit and then stay at Yoders for the night. Chuck and Denise are absolutely wonderful hosts. They instantly made us feel welcome at at home. The rooms were immaculate, the beds were comfy and the grounds were beautiful. The icing on top of the cake is the DELICIOUS breakfast. It’s a perfect way to recover from the night before and start out the next day. We are planning an autumn trip to utilize the GAP trail and explore the area more. Can’t wait!"
"This place was quite gem! Beautiful, large, comfortable rooms, lots of common space to hang out and a wonderful front porch. Safe convenient bike storage on site. And an absolutely delicious breakfast served by friendly accommodating hosts Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling the GAP"
"A gem of a B&B. Charming, beautiful, and comfortable. Fabulous breakfast. The inn is a cyclist’s dream with a large garage dedicated to bike storage and repair (with tools provided) and there’s even a bike wash station in the backyard. The location is good for access to dining options. Note, it is downhill from the Gap trailhead - a nice treat at the end of the day but a workout first thing in the morning. We stayed in the lovely Maple Room which is the only room with a somewhat awkward entrance directly off the front porch and into the room’s private bathroom; the upside was its privacy and quietness. Denise, the innkeeper, was friendly and very helpful. Overall, a delightful inn and experience!"
"We stayed at here will cycling part of the Great Allegheny Passage. Denise, Chuck and Loretta were fantastic. We arrived earlier than the check in time, but Denise let us check in early. They have a garage to Lock your bike in. I sat on the front porch enjoying the breeze and sunshine. During this time a Group of cyclelists on a Wilderness Voyageurs arrived. We got to talked to many of them which was nice. The Bedroom was very nice and large and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. It consisted of quiche, Fruit and a coffee cake like blueberry Heaven. Coffee and juice were also includes. It definetly fueled us for the last day of cycling."
