"Dropped off my bike on June 20th for a level 1 service. Just wanted my gears tuned. I informed the tech that i didn't want to buy anything extra for my bike as i was planning on buying a new bike soon.. upon inspection he noticed the shifting cable was a little worn, so i agreed to have it replaced. 2 weeks later i pick up my bike on July 5th. I don't know why but i didn't look over the bike before i left.. I have had service done here a few times and always had great service so i just assumed it was perfectly fine. So a couple of days later i finally get a good look at it and i notice that the cable is even worse than when i first brought it in.. on the receipt it says install cable BL040? i'm wondering what cable they installed. It really looks like it could snap at any time.. i don't know why this wasn't addressed? I am too busy right now to come in to the store but i think when this fails i should be able to come in and have this replaced free of charge. Work order #7015 (If you could put a reminder in your computer for when i do come in so i don't have to go through all of this again in such detail, that would be great)"
