"Service here definitely has gone down tremendously. Not sure who the store manager is but the service here is terrible. They wanted to charge me $90 for exchange a shoe because it was no longer on sale even though I just needed a different size. Update: took this to Wheaton mall finishline and they took care of it without any issue. Rather go there from now on."

"The young Hispanic lady manager is very rude here. I suggest to shop at other sneaker stores. Also they ignore customer phone calls. I saw them ignore three calls in the 10 minutes I was there. The area manager should train the manager or let her go because she is ruining this store."

"We came here to just look around and was impressed with how the clean the store looked and the overall friendliness of the staff. The selection of shoes here were a bit different than the other stores which was nice because it seemed everyone had the same styles so this made it stand out. I really liked the fresh look of the wall of style shoes, just made it seem to pop a bit more. Definitely would come back here."

"Interesting. They have good shoes like New Balance for 40$. However they don't have your size. In fact, they don't have a regular size nine in any shoe under $150. But then they dont have one of those either. They show you a $200 shoe and tell you this is the next best thing. Did I just get taken?"

"I went there with intentions of browsing and adding to my wishlist but Malik’s customers service was over and beyond to the point I ended up purchasing not only one pair of shoes but two pairs and a sweater to match. He was very helpful and I will definitely be returning to purchase some more hopefully he’s there to assist or someone with just as much enthusiasm will help me."
