"I got a pair of sneakers from Las Vegas foot locker it was size 9, couldn’t find my exact size 8.5 so the guy told me you can get it online and return this one. I got it online 8.5 and i went to Montgomery mall foot locker to return size 9. Then i was shocked he said it’s been worn for few hours you can’t return it and we can’t give you a gift card or any refund.. Even though i had a receipt and return was after only one week . Now i have two pairs of sneakers the same color and brand but different size. NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THEM! BAD service and BAD policy!"

"Came to this store to do a return from Kids Foot locker. I was told by customer service that they could do a return there. But when I asked someone, who didn’t even look like he wanted to help anyone, he said i couldn’t do the return. I told him I was told I could and he then said some lies about “managers or customer service” not knowing the rules. He was a waste of a time and so is this store. Went to another Foot Locker and they did the return. Figures."
