"I always go to this store and all of the staff i’ve encountered are helpful, patient, and passionate about pets. The cats for adoption are well taken care of by staff and volunteers. I also see dog training once in a while."

"We bought an item that was 30% off on the web and the clerk did a price match. We had to return it for a different size and they made us look up the item online a second time to get the same discount. I guess that means we shouldn't bother shopping at your physical store. It was rude and uncalled for."

"Closest pet store to my house, I come here because it’s convenient for me. Unfortunately this entrance is always dirty. Seems like it never gets vacuumed. Too many pallets of food in the aisles. I couldn’t even get my cart through. This store could be better organized, how long does it take to get those pallets out the way??"

"So it was a lot of things misplac3d. They didbt greet me nor my dog.. Customer Service is everything to ME! Also, i bought a dog bowl for my dog because we just left park and i totally forgot. But anyways was suppose to be 5.99 but guesd in wrong spot, also they GOT ME.. Suppose to be a 2 ct. Yes i read my reciept the next day because it was 4 of july. Also, the spray i got my dog said it was suppose to be 21$ but that wasnt the case either.. Ill just stick to the Petcos i lik3!! But other than wasting money, heres some cute pics of my big gorgeous baby!"

"Big selection. Surprising they had a good reef aquarium selection. Including anemones. Reptiles for sale were cool. Prices for aomethings were a little high."
