"I am so disappointment of this store service. 1)ask me to re-new my prescription. when I came store, said you need waiting next a few days. 2) three days later, service asked me to wait ten to fifteen minutes to get 3) fifteen minutes later, I asked again. he wanted me to wait other twenty or 30 minutes to get. I went to home. I felt that service had a lot social talking"
"Bad customer service in the pharmacy. Drive through almost never is open and need to take long time to be attended."
"I'm sick and tired of rolling up to this place while the pharmacy is closed in the middle of the day. Hire more people and keep this place open. I have a dying father that needs medication sometimes during the day."
"I don't know WHAT is going on with this CVS right now but this is borderline dangerous for patients... More than once I've gone to pick up a script only to see a sign saying that the pharmacy is closed. I don't blame the employees, it's CVS as a company or maybe the management at this particular location. Their staffing issue is so bad that I will wait well over 15-30 minutes on hold and no one ever picks up. I haven't been able to get through on the phone for a couple of months and it's 50/50 as to whether the pharmacy will even be open if I go in person. I can't imagine if I was someone who physically wasn't able to go to the pharmacy and how dangerous that could be. As a nurse it really upsets me to think about people who aren't getting access to their meds because CVS can't figure out it's staffing issues... If you pay your employees fairly this issue wouldn't happen! I've gone ahead and switched my primary pharmacy to the new location across from the Clarksburg outlets. They actually pick up the phone and don't randomly close down the pharmacy because there's no one there to work..."
"They don't answer the phone, they pick it up and slam it back down to make the ringer stop. They did this to the transferring pharmacist as well as the patient, we never got a chance to speak to anyone. That's nice unless you need to talk to a pharmacist about getting medications transferred. The drive through is closed due to staffing and so are the phones. You will wait in line to get meds when you are forced to go inside. If you need a vaccine, you might wait in line for over an hour. This is the worst pharmacy I've used, and the Wisteria location is no better. CVS has a wage problem. They need hire more pharmacists instead of lean staffing. If that means they need to pay better wages they should do it. For a company that pays their CEO $36.5 Million their locations sure are shabby."
