"My dog had been going here for almost 9 months, bc of her type of fur, she needs grooming regularly. You would think that my dog going here regularly, she would know the people and her fear would subside. But every single time she would shiver and shake when we pulled up and was never happy to see the groomer. To me that just was her telling me that something wasn’t right. Grooming was fine, but she was not. I have since found a home groomer, that does not cage her waiting to be groomed and picked up all day. I drop her off and pick her up in a couple of hours. My dog is so much happier."
