Of our orders 3 times a month, atleast one will be an item they bill you for, but forget to put in the bag, and another will be them calling you after you pull into your driveway that they forgot to load a bag of your groceries. Consistently. Every month. Without fail. The manager in charge of that department needs a demotion."

Worst customer service I’ve seen, wasting time, just walking around, not caring about their patients. Save yourself some trouble and go to another pharmacy."

"This giant could improve in some areas but overall I visit the store frequently and haven’t encountered any major issues. The store employees are usually helpful and while I have never used the pharmacy or the pnc bank inside they always seem to have people filtering in and out these areas. I do think the produce could be stocked better and the salads given the expiration dates seem to always be close to expiring and it can take days for the new dates to be placed on the shelf."
