"We booked through the hotel itself for 2 rooms, 1 with kitchenette. When we got there they had given our rooms away. The manager came down and started yelling at my wife because he THOUGHT we booked online. But we booked over the phone with the receptionist at the hotel. We left. This was about 4 years ago and we go up alot for the allegheny national forest atv trails. We have stayed there before but We will drive the 3 hours up and back before we will we stay here, I have never seen a more rude manager. Hopefully management has changed since then."

"The service was great. They only charged 10$ for a pet, but you have to reserve or request pet friendly rooms. I've had hotels charge up to 60$ per night for pets. Room was clean, water was hot! Had a fridge but no microwave. There is a fire pit in back, area for dogs to roam and breakfast was good that morning."

"Booked a suite with a dinette area and also packed food for the weekend expecting a refrigerator. We had our dog with us as well and notified them on the Best Western website when booking. When we got to the hotel, check in was good but when we got to our room it did not have a dinette as booked. We went out to the front desk to let them know that they must have put us in the wrong room and we were notified that they do not book suites to anyone with a pet. I was disappointed that this was not conveyed to us at booking. We ended up staying the night because we were a good distance away from home and checked out the next morning instead of staying the second night as scheduled. We went sightseeing for the day and then traveled home. It is a cheap overnight stay or a decent place to stay for the Marienville trails but not much more."
