We were first time home-buyers and Heidi was SO patient with us as we asked a million questions! She was always very transparent about costs/things to expect in the community. She spoke to us about potentially renting our property and she took us to see three different Lake communities when we were not finding many options in our price range. When the time came to put in a bid, Heidi was excellent at helping us put together a competitive bid in this crazy market we found ourselves in. She helped us stay within our means but still stand out to the seller and we ultimately got the home. Having a long history in the community, Heidi continued to help us tremendously all the way up to and past our closing. She put us in touch with contractors, provided us tons of recommendations and once we were settled, she began inviting us to all the hot spots in the community. She was always excellent at working with our schedule (which was extremely limited since we live hours away) and we felt we could trust her at every turn. She wasn't just looking to sell a home us to make her commission, she was sincerely invested in us finding the right home and feeling part of the Lake Naomi community and it truly made what is often a stressful experience, so much easier on us. "This review is regarding realtor Heidi Pickard. Sellers beware: I do not think this realtor represents your best interests. A house was listed on a late Tuesday afternoon. I saw the listing and my realtor scheduled an appointment for that Saturday since I was not available until then. On Friday afternoon the appointment was cancelled, because the house had an accepted offer already. I am surprised that this realtor did not wait until at least Monday to give people with scheduled appointments a chance to see the house. I know a lot of appointments were already booked for the weekend. She should have allowed more time for additional offers to come in too, especially since houses have been getting multiple offers lately (Fall 2020). She could have put a message on the listing asking for “Highest and best offer” by a specific date. This is routinely done. I thought realtors are supposed to help get the best possible price for their clients. I also have to wonder if this realtor or someone from her company brought an offer to the table and wanted to keep the entire commission. I would never use this realtor to sell my house. Too bad for this seller too, because I probably would have bid over the asking price if I liked the house."

"Absolutely wonderful place with great people. We recently rented a house in Timber trails for a ski weekend and the process could not have been any smoother. I made a mistake on the dates of the booking and everyone jumped to make sure I could continue with my weekend. They contacted the owner and arranged a quick switch of my rental dates with zero impact to my weekend. The house itself was wonderful and we had zero issues. A+ all around."
