"They have hidden fees on reservations that are only disclosed on they have you trapped into a cancellation fee. Very unethical company. Would not advise using them. Edit: You did not disclose a pet fee of $50 then tried to charge us to cancel after we no longer want to stay there due to the hidden pet fee. This is scamming on your part, which the guest should not be responsible for. You also processed the cancellation fee as a separate transaction to purposely scam around the rules of booking platforms. This also negates the argument that it is due to credit card processing fees."

"Dave and his team do an excellent job managing my property in the Poconos and I couldn’t recommend them more. They do it all. They set up a great listing and handle all bookings. They make sure the pricing is competitive to get as many bookings as possible and they adjust pricing depending on the time of year and nearby competition. They have a cleaning crew and maintenance crew. They also have contacts with contractors if needed like plumbers, hot tub techs, etc. They restock everything that is needed so you don’t have to spend time doing so. They take the time to understand local and HOA rules. They screen prospective renters to avoid troublesome situations. They are available 24/7 to help renters and very knowledgeable about local amenities and attractions. These things make a huge difference for an Airbnb owner. I initially used a well known management company who did not do many of these tasks and it badly effected how successful my property was. I saw a huge difference once I switched to Pocono Management."

"PRM has been managing our home since April of 2022. They provide a top notch service across the following areas: - Start up: They have a very well laid out process to initiate the relationship. I followed a formal checklist and our house was posted and accepting bookings in a very short period of time. I was also very happy with their approach to setting up the AirBNB and VRBO listings. - Bookings: They adapt to our HOA rules and secure vetted bookings. - House management and Maintenance: The house is always well maintained, cleaned and inventories refreshed. They also have a great list of preferred contractors and will coordinate scheduling of recurring activities (lawn/plowing/ect). I have never had a complaint from a renter. - Responsiveness: Renters have hotline access for any issues they may encounter. I have a dedicated relationship contact that addresses all open tasks."

"I've stayed in the Poconos more than a dozen times. I'll be using Pocono Rental & Management going forward because they simplify the renting and servicing process. I once booked direct with airbnb and the house didn't have heat for the entire first day (in the winter). I'll never book another rental without a management company. I haven't had any problems with Pocono Rentals & Management houses, but based on their communication I'm confident they would resolve any issues immediately."
