"Really beautiful hotel built in a renovated mill. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are quiet. I slept like a rock. In addition, the staff here is excellent. They really seemed to care about doing a great job. Definitely will stay again."

"Great hotel! Really nice and all the hotel staff were extremely nice and always professional! Enjoyed a great meal downstairs restaurant and the bartender was rocking with a full house but you wouldn’t tell… he was on top of everything! Valets are also really fast and warm your car up, don’t mess with your seats, etc- top notch all around! I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to colleagues"

"5 stars isn't enough. Very trendy, modern & spotless hotel. The staff was super helpful and offered us some suggestions on dining and shopping and gave us a site map of the downtown Portland area. We did have an issue with payment using our travel points but that was quickly resolved and they were more concerned with us enjoying our stay then payment which speaks volumes regarding their level of customer service."

"As someone that’s travelled all over the world, this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The guy at the front desk at check-in was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are outstandingly nice. Had an epic meal at Salt Yard. The following morning they helped arrange a taxi to the airport for me amid a snow storm. Overall, a really awesome experience. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"Amazingly tasteful, luxurious but not over-the-top. Was able to stay for $140 using online booking, so available to the middle class. In the image below I'm showing the little lights that they had embedded in the floor. A beautiful bathroom. The staff are friendly, very alert. Includes a 60 inch or larger TV and a wonderful espresso coffee maker. Right across the street from Becky's diner."
