"The room was really nice. The hotel is decorated very well. The staffed was nice and helpful. I loved that they had valet. The bed was comfy. I was disappointed with the water pressure for the shower. I love that they have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in the bathroom. I loved the view."

"Valet parking is worth it. Rooms were great. Pool and hot tub were both clean! Great location and centralized to everything Portland. Our view from our room was of the bakery and was still decent. The only complaint I had was that there was a lot of noise all night long I could hear in our room. Other than that, I will definitely be back next time I stay in Portland!"

"We stayed here during a business trip and enjoyed it! The hotel’s location is amazing, walkable distance from the downtown area. The rooms are a bit outdated (like early 2000’s?) but very comfortable and clean. We took our dog with us and had a great experience; the rooms are big enough and there’s a nice walk nearby. There’s a $75 dog cleaning fee for your whole stay. The parking is valet only and a $30 flat fee for your whole stay. There’s a breakfast restaurant with à la carte breakfast. It’s good! The only issue we during our stay was with our reservation and payment. For our first two nights we used a company card, and we added an additional night with our personal card. However, the company card was charged 6 times, and our personal card was charged multiple times as well for different amounts. It took a little while to figure out!"

"Great location. The property is clean, but could use a refresh. The staff is outstanding the valets are great, the front desk is great, and Amber at breakfast is the best. The rooms are good size. The beds are nice and the sleep quality is good. Pretty quiet."

"Booked my reservation through Hilton Honors-from there the staff was amazing. Daniella answered questions when I called in advance of our stay, she ended up checking us in and had detailed answers to my questions in her notes- she truly made our stay perfect. Before walking in the door, Maggie handled all the valet parking details- it was flawless to come and go whenever the car was needed. The breakfast personnel delivered great tasting food in an efficient amount of time. Port 65 Kitchen & Bar also serves tasty food- evenings were spent working at a table in Port 65 and the service offered by Kelly was outstanding as she worked both as a server and a bartender. Her sense of humor was a great way to wrap up long days. Our room had a great view of the harbor, the location allows you to walk seeming anywhere in the most active sections of Portland, with many restaurant options within 2 blocks of the hotel. The only thing I am sorry about was having to check out- and even then they graciously gave us a late check out. We did not even need to leave our room to see the sunrise- all 3 pictures were taken from our room window."
