"The staff is wonderful!! I have been to very expensive resorts with staff members who do not make you feel welcome. This Motel 6 is the one to beat. My room was nice and clean, smelled great. Sheets were clean and crisp. A/c in room was nice and cold. Plenty of places near by and right off the highway. Thank you Motel 6. See you soon!"

"Motel 6 @ Portland, ME not a motel. But rather a shelter for immigrants (new arrivals). Government paying these people to stay long-term. Upon arriving at this location we were told no rooms available. Lots of immigrants walking around. Management only cater to their own kind. Try to make reservations for next month? SOLD OUT How about the following month? SOLD OUT Three months in advance? SOLD OUT How that possible?? Shame on G6 Hospitality LLC for allowing & maintaining a shelter."
