"My stay at this Marriott was simply incredible! My husband had open heart surgery and I was under a great deal of stress. Every person at the Marriott asked me daily how my husband was doing and if there was anything they could do to make my stay better. The hotel was so clean, too! The only thing that could have made my stay any better might have been a free breakfast. Unfortunately, this location does not offer breakfast. But the super friendly staff more than made up for no food! I would come back in a heartbeat!!"

"Nonresponsive staff and severe lack of privacy. Cleaning staff walked into the room at 9:30am after I got out of the shower. no knocking and we had not checked out of the room. I reported the incident when we checked out at 11am. I left my name on Sunday morning for the GM to call me. I’m a platinum elite member. No response by the GM by Thursday! Had to call again."

"After a four hour drive, I arrived at 5:20 pm on 12/29/23. Only to be greeted by the biggest as*hole named Matt at valet parking. He was rude, obnoxious, and just unpleasant. He had me move my car after I got out to get my luggage from the trunk. I guess it wasn't parked to his liking. It was not blocking anyone, and he could have moved it in two minutes after I unloaded my luggage. If you wanted to train someone, how guests should be treated, show them how Matt does it and have them do the opposite. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of nice hotels in the area. Do yourself a favor and stay at a different one."

"Very pleasant stay. Nicely updated decor. Clean rooms. Good maintenance. The only parking option is $35/day valet parking. BUT this includes unlimited on-call shuttle service within a mile of the hotel. Basically, it’s like a hotel-run Uber. They’ll take you from the hotel anywhere you want. When you want to go someplace else you call them and they come get you and drive you there. Totally worth it. Will return. Very pleasant stay."

"I enjoyed my stay. Comfortable beds and excellent customer service. My room had a very modern feel to it. I appreciated the number of outlets in the room and the lighting I could control near the bed. I would definitely stay again."
