"My second time staying in this hotel and the experience was amazing. Thanks to the excellent front desk staff for answering all my questions and making my trip so pleasurable. The room was very comfortable and quiet; the free breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options (unlike many other hotels); the parking valets were friendly and professional; and the location can't be beat. I greatly look forward to my next trip to Portland."

"Location is great. Free breakfast is ok/good. The room is nice. Bed is pretty firm - almost too firm. Actually, too hard for me. Service, on the other hand, is excellent. From the valet to the front counter workers to the people walking around... Everyone is super nice."

"This hotel was perfect for what I was looking for. The location was great, they offered great customer service and always greeted you as you walked by. They offer complimentary pickup from the airport and the train station which was a nice added feature. Rooms are decent sized and contain all of the needed modern necessities. The only thing that may bother someone is that the walls are quite thin and if the person in the room next to you is talking you can hear the conversation, but it didn't bother me personally. Overall I had a great stay and have no complaints. Kudos to the front desk staff for great recommendations during my visit."

"The personnel is very nice, and the service in general is satisfactory. The interior is well-designed, so are the rooms. There is a bar on the premises, which is always convenient. The pool is small, in our opinion. Also, there is no free parking, unless you pay with points. There was also no toaster at breakfast. Other than that, everything was great."
