"I recently purchased a boat from a private seller that had been originally purchased and maintained by Big Wave Craig's in Hyannis, MA. When I closed the deal with the private seller, I had paid Big Wave Craig's for the commissioning of the boat. The seller of the boat paid for all boat repairs/updates as part of the sellers agreement to me. I spoke to Craig and his employees on site in regards to trailering the boat back to Connecticut (3.5 hours drive) and ensuring it would be a safe trip and that there was nothing wrong with the trailer and nothing I needed to be aware of or notified about. I was assured everything was fine to drive back to Connecticut. It was not fine. 1 hour into the trip 4 of the 5 bolts on one tire came off the trailer and after my truck was violently shaking and I had to pull off the road. I called Craig and he was of no help whatsoever. It was a short conversation and he ended with "I wish there was more I could do to help you" and then hung up the phone. The tire ended up falling off the trailer. I had to coordinate, on a Saturday a tow truck to a repair shop that could fix the trailer, while a boat was on it. The boat/trailer had to stay at the repair shop for 2 weeks as I was traveling for work. This ended up costing me approx. $880 for the tow, parts to repair, labor to repair. Because of Craig and his employees negligence, I feel he was responsible to cover these costs as I specifically asked if this was safe. I have disputed the charge with **** and he stated what I paid was for the boat only, not the trailer. Due to the fact that I specifically asked about the road worthiness of the trailer and was assured it was safe, Craig needs to cover some, if not all, of these expenses which he is refusing to do. My advice to anyone thinking of doing business with this company would be to ask lots of questions and be very diligent in the fine print as Craig will do anything he can to not be held responsible if an issue comes up. His negligence in my situation could have seriously injured, if not killed myself or another person on the road."

"The best customer service. Franca and Craig jumped thru every hoop needed to help me purchase two wave runners. They also handled the registration process and delivery. They were always extremely friendly and nice especially during the busiest time of year. I would highly recommend them and will be coming back to do business with them again in the Future."
