"This is THE WORST Target I have ever been at. I was so excited when we were going to get one but this place is embarrassing. I literally avoid it if possible and drive to Plymouth or Wareham. Target should be embarrassed! All of these photos are from one visit, during the off season on Cape, BUT it looks like this ALL the time. Just close it already and let a business who cares move in."

"What a shame! Cluttered and empty shelves, no carts or baskets at either of the side entrances (leaving no choice but to have to walk to the front of the store). And to top it off...the employee *Christina* at the side check out by the mall has an attitude! When I asked her if there were anymore baskets coming, she stated "NO because there are situations" She called her manager. Manager was apologetic and looked overwhelmed. Good service recovery by bringing 10 baskets around the corner. I don't understand why the clutter and chaos? The Wareham store lives up to the Target reputation. Why is this store struggling consistently?"

"UPDATE: The improvements were short-lived. The pile of boxes at the ends of each aisle are gone but the store still suffers from disorganization and lacks in stock. It's still the worst Target I've seen. UPDATE: I visited again recently and the store seems to be improving! More fully stocked and organized aisles was a lovely surprised. I also had a lovely conversation with a cashier during checkout. Definitely worth a revisit if you haven't stopped by in a while. If you have ever wondered what shopping a Target post zombie apocalypse would be like -- this is it -- It looks as if you have accidentally stumbled into a Target that isn't yet open to the public. (It has been open since 2019.) Here you will find: huge pallets of boxes stacked at the end of each aisle just waiting to be unpacked. Entirely empty sections of the store, a complete lack of shopping carts and baskets -- and yet dozens of people wander about, all trying to find basic items while contemplating their life choices. It's utter chaos."

"I have very mixed feelings about this store. I strongly disagree with their corporate politics, but regardless of that, the place is a complete disaster. I have worked in several different retail settings and it's painfully obvious that this store needs better management. But, hey, liberal policies are rife with "zero accountability" practices. Presentation is a key element to a successful retail operation. The racks, shelves, and displays are always trashed. The employees look...less than professional. That's as kind as I can put it. I'm not blaming the store manager, per se. Most of this is "top, down" priorities completely misaligned. When your top execs are more concerned with social justice than they are with housekeeping and presentation, this is what you get."
