"Worst place to come. You'll be here for hours and it's not even that busy. This place went to hell when Mary left a few years back. Incompetence at every level."
"Literally allowed me to walk in and sat to receive a western union transfer for 30 minutes just to tell me they have a $200 cash limit. Horrible customer service and lack of communication."
"Nice clean store. The cashier was very helpful in helping me activating my new card. It wasn’t going through I didn’t realized I had to call the number on the back. Lot of products in stock."
"Frustration level: 9.5. So here's my rant Always a hassel dealing with this pharmacy. Each month I call to refill, a day in advance and they tell me it'll be ready tomorrow after 11am. I go there the next day at 11:30am, and they do not have my prescription. It must be ordered, but it'll be ready,....again, tomorrow after 5pm. Why would you tell me, yes we have it come in and pick it up, when YOU DO NOT HAVE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Meanwhile. I wasted almost 30 minutes. Now why would I think that i am going to have any satisfaction when I go in tomorrow after 5pm. By the way, this is not the first month that I've dealt with this exact same problem Here's an idea, WALGREENS, If you do not have a prescription, just tell your customer, something like this: "Sorry we don't have this, we are ordering some and we will contact you as soon as if comes in" Who is managing this pharmacy? Or is it the automated system? Incompetence or just blatent lie? My fault, I keep saying, every month when this happens to me, that I'm going to change over to the CVS, but I never do. Shame on me"
"I would be amazed in any pharmacists could figure out how to answer a phone! Or care about a person's concerns for a medication that is needed to KEEP THAT PERSON ALIVE!!!!! It is how the Liberal democrat system is run now, shortages, incompetent, and uncaring. This is big business now.... unless people start complaining to the point of filing negligence, it wont change. Medical malpractice includes conditions caused by delayed administration of treatment and errors in dispensing medication. Acting at the right time is critical in many cases, and failure to do so can cause injury and even death. If you were negligently treated, you have the right to sue."
