"Placed order the day before I went to pick it up around 4pm. Showed up the next morning about 910am and was meet with nothing but issues. The clerk asked why I came in to get my order as it wasn’t ready, I placed the order the day before! Then he was upset he had to go pull the items off the shelf, this entire process took over 30 minutes it would have been quicker if I just walked in the store and got the items myself. Next time I’ll use my local marina they may cost a bit more but the customer service at west marine in Hyannis is lacking and actually making purchases tougher than they need to be"
