"Worked on a fitting with Zack. Got me out of my old X-18s and into a nice set of forged Mizunos. I never would’ve chosen them without an assist from someone knowledgeable—turns out the tech has advanced _a lot_ and I _can_ hit ‘em. They feel great, go where I’m aiming, and bumped me up at least one club in distance. Very pleased."

"Buyer beware. They will recommend a club just to make a sale. Went in to have a broken shaft replaced on my Ping driver. They said my driver was old technology and I should not invest in the club. Showed me a ladies Ping used driver a year old. I was told the shaft was “ upgraded” and would give me more distance..I lost 40 yards! Turns out it was a senior shaft much stiffer than the shaft that comes with the club. I went to another golf store - they replaced the shaft with the correct shaft. For the cost of the used club and new shaft I could have purchased a brand new Ping Driver. I WILL NEVER GO BACK…..I trusted what they said and did not check the shaft out before I made the purchase."

"Hats off to this retailer. I rarely ever write reviews however I am happy to write this one. I travel on the road quite often and had been to many of the major golf retailers in search of a ping fairway wood with a customized stiff shaft. I was in need of the club rather quickly. .Every store I would visit within the last three weeks only had the stock shaft available and made no effort to accommodate me in getting this club . All they would do is look on the website and say they would have to special order the club which would be 4-5 weeks out and that was speculating. They did not even bother to call the other sister stores to check stock. I walked in to golf for less they had the club head but again only in regular shaft. The owner went above and beyond to find me a stiff shaft, with the correct ping fitting in it to replace the regular shaft. That’s customer service. That is listening to the customer and providing a solution which many big box retail stores don’t do these days. Not only that, the price point for the replacement shaft, a tour AD shaft, was very reasonable. I hope many people support this retailer I know I will moving forward. We need more stores likes this rather than the larger retail outlets that don’t go above and beyond."
