"Beautiful landscape and wonderful sites to see at Hyannis Marina. The atmosphere for customers is a wonderful thing. The problem I had with this corporation was the way employees were treated. I witnessed it firsthand and believe that there is much room for improvement in that department. I hope that has taken place for the sake of people's happiness. Employees shouldn't be made to feel that they are expendable from day one. Work culture is equivalent to the morality of the worker and over time repetitive negativity and lack of communication can do a number on a man/womans psyche. I recommend to perspective employees who are willing to give their all to a company to take this into account. A business should support their employees anyway possible rather than trying to make their lives harder."
