"Rented a mth for a condo on Vrbo and it was already rented by another through another site. They still have condo on Vrbo instead of taking it off. Took weeks to get money back on card. 4 claims then I got it back. Make sure you print out where OWNER cancelled instead of renter!! Thankfully I did so I wasn't held accountable."
