"The hotel was amazing. The bed was so comfortable, the best sleep I've had in a long time. Very spacious room. My sister is there all the time and I decided to stay for the seafood festival. Definitely will be back for another wonderful stay. Thank you."

"The rooms are very clean and remodeled. There is plenty of room. Full kitchen, microwave, full-size fridge, and freezer. Great beds and pillows. Couch breaks down into a bed to sleep 2 more people. The best part is it's very quiet. I never hear anything noise. There are plenty of TV channels. I really like it here. I just wished they served coffee in the morning.. But for the price, you will not beat the Sands Resort. I've been coming to Hampton Beach for 10 years."

"The Sands is an excellent place to stay. Close proximity to the beach, arcade, local bars, and the Casino Ballroom. The rooms are recently renovated and has a much more modern feel in recent years. Room is clean, and if for some reason yours is not or your need something fixed, Todd and Chris are handy maintenance workers and can help you out with nearly anything. I have went to them for a few things each year and they take care of things quickly and efficiently. Finally, Bob at the front desk is friendly, accommodating, and is very professional. He too can help you with any issues or questions. Overall my stay here has been a great experience. Don’t hesitate in booking your vacation here."

"Great rooms. Comfortable beds. Smells great. I stayed here a few years back and they have done a lot of great upgrades to the rooms. The staff run a tight ship here. Never had to deal with any loud people or sketchy action. Great location."
