"Room was really good, service was great the only thing I can complain about is the original sheets had a stain (was fixed the second I brought it to the office) and the "do not disturb" sign fell off because the wind (not on them). Really good for the price I'll be booking here again."

"By far the worst place I have ever stayed!! We had to call maintenance because we had no lights in our room. They came and flipped a switch behind a desk, how ghetto. They also discriminate against guests with Service Dogs and violate the law when approaching customers with Service Dogs and disabilities. The staff was very rude!! Sleep in your car vs staying here!! The staff should learn the basic laws. They can only ask 2 questions. 1. Is your dog a service animal 2. What tasks does the service dog provide for you. Had ‘Gary’ ask these questions my responses would have been 1. Yes 2. I have a hearing deficiency and my Service Dog alerts me by BARKING. This just just one of them of the Trained tasks When there was no electricity in the room my Service Dog alerted me to his presence. There is no official ID and you cannot ask for an ID for a Service Animal. What I did provide for the staff was Official Certification of her training in which they did not want to look at. The Service animal DOES NOT have to wear any type of identification. You as a ‘business owner’ may not agree with the laws however should learn them."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Tides. Very convenient location. Close in walking distance to the main strip, casinos, restaurants, shops and ofcourse, the beach. Very tight parking for an SUV. (We got lucky and got the end spot) Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our room was a bit outdated but for 2 nights at the beach, it was manageable. Bed was comfy and the shower was hot. No pool which is fine with how close you are to the ocean. Great little family owned place to rest your head."
