"Third year in a row staying at this establishment & the overall experience is holding strong at a 5 star rating. The location is perfect, private off-street parking, clean rooms, hot water on tap. The employees are always happy to assist with any situations that you may have. The mini kitchen is one of my favorite aspects of my stay along with an oceanfront balcony."

"My husband, two children, and I stayed from July 30th to August 4th and it was amazing. From beginning to end. First, when I called and booked a few months prior over the phone they were so helpful and kind. When we arrived, we arrived a few hours early and they let me use the open restroom with the key prior to checking in even though my room was not ready and made us feel extremely welcome the moment we walked in offering some accommodations to take to the beach while we waited for our room to be ready at check in time. Both the exterior and interior is extremely clean and well kept. They do not offer in room housekeeping while you are staying there but offer many accommodations to keep the room clean and offer fresh towels and wash cloths each day provided you put the dirty basket outside of your room. The in house wash room is a wonderful addition especially if you have children! Although I did not realize that they do the hotel laundry in it from a certain time, I do feel like that should be better posted when I looked back and read it I understood but I didn't realize that it was shared with the staff. My apologies and many thanks to the staff that kindly switched it over for me! They even called me after we checked out to let us know we left something there which we were too far gone in our travels and I didn't answer so they left a voice mail. I very much appreciate all the efforts the staff make to make it a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again our next trip to Hampton beach!"

"This was a last minute booking for us and this family owned hotel makes you feel like home. The rooms were very clean, large bathroom, and comfy living room. The sleeper couch was very comfortable. They had all beach necessities available to use for free!!! We have stayed at Hampton throughout my life and this has been one of the best stays there. They are at the end of the beach but it is a beautiful section, and quiet at night!!"

"My Hampton beach vacation was three days and nights at the Alantic Breeze Suite. The room was very good, air conditioned and spacious. I absolutely would recommend this place to a friend. We had the exact situation as mentioned by another below; our door was sprung open in the middle of the night by someone. It was tough sleeping after that one. Definately uncool!"
