"I stayed here at the end of the season on a picture perfect weather weekend. My stay at the Royal Crest Inn in Hampton Beach was fantastic! The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room exceeded my expectations – super clean and modern, providing a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. The convenience of free and easy parking was an added bonus. Highly recommend this gem for a delightful stay!"

"Clean safe and comfortable room. Exterior doesn't match interior. Rooms were new with comfy bed and huge t.v. Bathroom updated as well except for tub/shower but it was clean with plenty of hot water . Its Hampton beach not the Hamptons. Great job with management."

"This was by far the worst motel room we have ever stayed in. Beyond dirty and out dated. The smell, filthy carpet, moldy bathroom floor (tub from the 50s) wires hanging down the wall from the TV, dirty tissue in the made bed (so obvious not clean sheets) some very odd gas stove top and sink with nasty cabinet. No place to unpack cloths (not that I would take them out of my bag), we would have left immediately but the area was booked. Besides being walking distance from the beach and the front desk person being nice this place was a actual nightmare. We spent as little time as possible in the room and woke up at the Crack of dawn to run home. Do NOT be mislead by the pictures, there's probably two rooms that look like them."

"The motel, situated just two blocks away from the beach, enjoys a fantastic location. The manager is a delightful individual, making interactions enjoyable. Nonetheless, the motel itself appears quite outdated, and felt extremely antiquated and unappealing, especially considering the cost. Securing a last-minute discounted room was a good deal due to the prime location. Apart from that, I wouldn’t choose to stay there again in the future unless the rooms are updated and clean."

"The new owners have done a fantastic job upgrading the rooms. We were in a king kitchenette and it was perfect. Everything was so nice & new. The attention to detail was on point. We truly hope visitors will appreciate & not abuse or misuse the new features. Check in & out was seamless. Courteous, helpful and really makes you want to return, and we will."
