"My husband and I recently stayed here when we were visiting NH for the Seafood Festival. Not only was the room clean and comfortable, but the staff was lovely. We ended up losing our car keys and had to check out late while we looked for them. The owner (I assume) was very accommodating. He assured us that we could stay as long as we needed without an extra charge. We never located our keys, but knowing that we didn't have to stress about our car getting towed or being charged an extra day, made me feel a lot more at ease. We will be staying here again when we visit Hampton Beach in the future. I highly recommend it. Thank you Salty Oyster and staff! We can't wait to see you again soon! Update: This is a late update.... the owners found our car keys and shipped them back to us. Such a wonderful staff. I have recommended this place to a few people and will surely stay here again."

"My friends and I stayed for the big Smuttynose Rockfest race weekend in early October. We chose this place because the location was steps from the start line. Before we arrived, the management team was very communicative and advised us there was no heat and to bring towels and warm blankets since it was October. I greatly appreciated this! Check in was smooth. We arrived and got 2 sets of keys quickly. We had enough parking spots for 2 cars but since it was off season, we were able to park a 3rd car nearby. The 3 bedroom unit was clean and had everything we needed for the long weekend from cooking and cleaning supplies, paper towels and a full size fridge and freezer. Bedding was super comfortable and although the bedrooms are a bit tight, there's a dresser to throw in all your clothes and things. The on property residents Scott and Vannda were very welcoming and they invited us to play corn hole with them as well as brought over yummy snacks for us to try. They definitely made the experience amazing! We will definitely be back next year and hope to stay longer."

"Modest and affordable digs for a nice little beach trip. I've stayed twice here and it was great! The location is right behind the main strip, super easy to walk to the beach, shops, and food. The beds are comfy and the little cabins have a kitchenette so you can prepare your own food if you want to. Easy parking. You'll have a nice time!"
