"Not recommended housing option for tourists or J1 students. The rooms are terrible; students are crammed into small houses. There are bed bugs in all rooms, and you'll be scratching your skin constantly. They don't care about the issues. There are electricity and AC problems, the wifi is a scam it doesn’t connect and the hotel management is rude, ignoring all problems to make you leave and lose your money."

"My best friend and I stayed here while visiting the area. Igor was great checking us into the motel! He made it a good experience for us which was great being that this was our first time to the area. The motel is conveniently located to everything."

"This is the third time my husband and I stayed at the Nautical Motel for our anniversary. The morning we were supposed to check in, I double checked the reservation I had made 6 months prior, only to learn I booked the room for the wrong night. I called the hotel in a panic to see if they could accommodate us a day early instead. Not only did they accommodate us, but they gave us a newly renovated room and allowed us to check in early! They easily could have charged me an additional night's stay because it was my error, but they were so kind and understanding and willing to help. The location is perfect, rooms are clean and the staff are extremely friendly. We will definitely be back next year"

"The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms where not what I expected from the pictures viewed online. The rooms was clean and adequate We was a short walk to the beach,but it is not on the beach with sand outside your door. Wally's was alot of fun across the st."

"Honest review: We stayed at 3 M street, 2nd floor. The location of the house was incredible. Close to the beach, and close walking distance to several great spots to eat. The place itself was clean, but its worn gas expected for a high traffic rental). Some things could be replaced (like the stained pillow), and fixed (bathroom ceiling), but overall I felt comfortable and clean staying. Stairs to 2nd floor are curved - like a spiral staircase - and were tricky at night in the rain (no drinks were had), and probably challenging for some folks who need to hold on to a rail. The woman (“landlord”), was very friendly and accommodating! Great customer service, with a smile! Overall: would recommend and return!"
