"Recent management team is very apathetic. The units here are cheaply "renovated". Instead of adding padding underneath the laminate flooring, they just covered the concrete floor. If you don't wear shoes or slippers in your apartment you'll feet and knees will start to hurt like crazy after a couple hours of walking around. There's also a huge pest problem here. Roaches everywhere! We reported the issue to management and even with exterminators it didn't fix the problem it just made it worse. Elevators are also consistently broken. At least once a week at least one of the elevators is out of service."

"Save your money and go elsewhere. I am a current resident and paying 3400$ for a two bedroom( 1 room is more like a closet). Management is the worst here. I have complained about marijuana and cigarettes smell in my bedroom and bathroom for the past 6 months that I have been here, and each time I get an automated answer: “ we are working to fix the issue” I have trouble breathing walking into my own room. You can’t control the heat system, as it’s an old one and it’s either too hot or too cold… It’s a shame because it a great location. Can’t wait for my lease to end and get out of here. The only nice and approachable people here are Graciela and the maintenance guys, the rest will make you feel like you are staying here for free. Oh let me tell you about the renovations that took months and was so inconvenient, elevators not working, I was stuck in an elevator multiple times. They put up a new dog washing station, that has never opened. The ew gym is terrible. No air system, no fans, you will sweat to death there… find yourself another apartment complex worth the money"

"Where to even start? And keep in mind I’m writing this review on behalf of 120 other residents who signed a petition that I have circulating in the past week. First off this building has continually went downhill in the past few years. It takes us days to retrieve packages because they are understaffed, the elevators are ALWAYS broken. 99% of the time there is only one elevator working. I have compiled proof from the past year. How hard is it to keep elevators up and running? These people don’t do their jobs and the tenants have to suffer and get stuck paying a ton of rent. Should we talk about the dog poop EVERYWHERE and the disgracing dog parks that are never cleaned? My dog got a serious infection, which my vet said came from the dog parks here. Trash everywhere that sits on the ground for weeks on end. Little kids running around in the gym without parents supervision. This place is a MESS!! Whenever we voice our concerns as a community we get ignored and nothing ever gets done. I have a serious heart condition and I’m not allowed to use steps, yet what choice do we have when we have to wait 20+ minutes for an elevator when all of them are out of order. Someone needs to be held responsible or we all deserve to be credited. If I don’t hear back my lawyer will handle this! I’ve also been stuck in the elevator more than once for a few minutes at a time and now suffer severe ptsd and anxiety. These people don’t care. They just collect our money and run with it!! Wait until I bring this to the media soon!! We will ensure this property management company loses business!!"

"When our home caught fire in 2017, the insurance housing advocate had to placed us in a couple of hotels, before we could find a temporary apartment until our home was repaired. Neponset landing was where we spent the next ten months until the repairs were completed. I have to say the service was excellent. The staff there was always professional and respectful. We love the unit we stayed in."
