"Saeed who is the leasing consultant that I found there was very welcoming. I checked the rooms that were available but still being cleaned. In both cases I expressed my few concerns to Saeed and he was very understanding."

"By the time stamp of this review I have only been here at Rosecliff for about 3 days and I am enjoying my apartment thus far. Tommy, Leasing Consultant, has been wonderful from the time we met and beyond. Tommy was very polite, resourceful, a great listener, responsive, and made me feel welcome as soon as I came on board to live at Rosecliff. THANK YOU, Tommy! Above all, I love the space in the apartment and the overall floor plan layout. I hope to continue having a pleasant experience over time!"

"Today September 14, 2023, I met with Tommy regarding this apartment and because I requested to speak to management, I was told that I could not wait in the waiting area of the leasing office. The leasing office has a couch and table available that seems to be a waiting area. He told me that I had to leave and she would give me a call. I viewed the apartment at 10:45am and it is now 4:16pm and I have not received a call. Also, he stated that because other people are waiting, I have to let him know by tomorrow. This was so rude! I originally thought he was a nice and helpful person but that all changed when I didn’t immediately sign for the apartment. Even when I asked about an apartment that would be available in November. He responded it has an AC issue. I’m not sure if he just said it to make me sign for this current apartment quickly or if the maintenance here is just that bad. I see that some recent reviews say that they have had a great experience with Amanda, hopefully once I talk to her, I will too."

"We are absolutely in love with our apartment! We chose a 2bedroom 2 bath and there is so much space! Building 836 is very convenient and awesome to live it. It’s quiet and very clean. Tommy Ho was amazing at helping us pick out our apartment and we are so grateful for him helping us. You should consider renting here as it is a great community."
