The Q

"How arrogant this management is! Isn’t the information clear? Clearly, they are not willing to solve a single issue at all. I don’t have time to go to your office discuss any details during my work time. All details are here. Do your work please!!! Today the garbage truck wake me up at 7:45 am and is still running crazily while I’m typing at 8:08 am. Image a truck running next to you bed for half hour every early morning!! Stay away from this place!!! Horrible!!! ————————- Worst apartment ever. Noisy place. Every other morning the garbage truck wakes me up at around 7:30 am by making constant noise for over 20 minutes downstairs. Every night I try hard to fall asleep with neighbor snoring noise. Recently this week I also need to report a noise from the electricity meter alarm almost everyday. They solved it every time but the noise comes back again the next day. Overall, this is a surprisingly noisy place for living although it’s remote in the mountains. Even the wind noise is noticeable in mountains. I used to live right next to the orange line, but never had a disturbed experience like here. I can even stand the parking issue, but this is something much worse."

"Place is quiet, maintained, clean.. Parking is a little wonky, but usually fine. The maintenance team is great, the very few issues that I've had have been taken care of right away and fixed beyond expectations"

"My actual review score is 4.5. We were one of the first residents in the building 2 of The Q. We really enjoyed there and most of the things were good except the parking which was horrible. The rooftop view and area is amazing and generally the buildings are so clean."

"My partner and I are heading into our third year of living at the Q and we have loved our time here. In particular, the maintenance crew and staff always go above and beyond to help us out. Work orders are addressed within 24 hours, they are friendly, kind and incredibly speedy! We went away for a week and had to have someone watch our cat – the front desk let us leave our keys and a note for the person stopping by so that they could get in. Even small things are handled fast and easy. It really makes our lives stress-free to know that someone will be there to help with any issue we have. All in all, the team at The Q are the best!"

"My girlfriend and I have lived at the Q for a little over 2 years now. While the parking situation could be better, the staff and maintenance crew make up for it. A few weeks ago I came out to a flat tire. I thought I was going to have to call a tow truck, but James from maintenance came by with an air compressor filled and filled my tire so that I could drive over to a garage. They are always happy to help even if it's outside of their usual job duties. No place is perfect but the Q has been overall a very positive experience for us."
