"This past weekend, I was delighted to see that The Abby showcased small businesses within the Quincy area in their amenity spaces for resident exposure. What a terrific idea to promote/support small businesses and they even had drinks and a few snacks out for residents that came by to enjoy while discussing with business owners about their particular business. Seemed like there was a great turnout and after discussing with the business owners, they got plenty of good leads from the event and even had a decent amount of sales! The folks in the office think outside the box to not only help their residents, but also to help those within the greater community and make it fun all the while. Great job, Team Abby! The entire staff from leasing office members to the mailroom team and maintenance team are incredibly welcoming, supportive, knowledgeable, and kind. The residents I have met are kind and hardworking and I love how pet friendly the entire building is since I have a dog. "I recently lived at the Abby on a short term lease. The leasing and management team were so helpful and accommodating! They are by far the best team I have worked with in six years of renting in Boston. Zach and Grant in the office are amazing! We also had maintenance fulfilled by Cao who was incredibly efficient and kind. I really loved the convenience of living on the Red Line and above the North Quincy Target.
